Terms and conditions for all purchases and services.

- Your reservation holds your piece for 72 hours.

Who We Are
Industrial Stone MDG is a family-run business based in Antananarivo, Madagascar. We source, polish, and export natural mineral specimens — including petrified wood, ammonites, jasper, and labradorite.
When we say "we" or "us," we mean Industrial Stone MDG. When we say "you," we mean you, the person using our website or buying from us.
What You Agree To
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
Our Products
Every item in our collection is a unique, one-of-a-kind natural specimen. No two pieces are identical.
The photos on our website show the actual piece you will receive — we do not use stock images. However, natural stone may look slightly different depending on your screen's display settings.
Minor variations in color, pattern, size, or weight are inherent characteristics of natural materials. These are features, not defects.
Reservation & Payment
When you add items to your tray and submit a reservation, we hold those pieces exclusively for you for 72 hours. During this time, no one else can buy them.
We will send you a secure payment link via email with the exact amount and instructions. Payment must be completed within the 72-hour window.
If payment is not received within 72 hours, the reservation expires and the items become available again.
Pricing
All specimen prices are listed on the product page. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on your destination, the weight and size of your order, and the shipping method.
You will receive a full shipping quote before any payment is required. There are no hidden fees.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from Madagascar. Delivery times depend on the shipping method: express courier (3-7 days), air cargo (5-14 days), or sea freight (4-8 weeks).
Once your package leaves our facility, the risk of loss transfers to the carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.
Customs & duties
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and we cannot predict them. Check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your reservation for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to a small administrative fee.
Because each specimen is unique and cannot be restocked, all sales are generally final. We accept returns only for shipping damage, wrong items, or items materially different from the description.

Liability
We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every piece we sell. However, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the specific item.
We are not liable for indirect damages, delivery delays caused by carriers or customs, or issues arising from natural characteristics of the specimens.
Disputes & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Madagascar. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Antananarivo.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
