How to Pay Internationally
Secure payment methods and implementation roadmap for our global clientele.
Bank Transfer (Invoice)
For high-value international orders, bank transfer remains our recommended and most secure payment method. Our export concierge team provides a pro-forma invoice with complete wire instructions upon order reservation.
Step 1: Reservation
Reserve your piece via our checkout. Our team verifies the stone's availability and shipping logistics.
Step 2: Pro-forma
Receive a formal invoice with USD/EUR bank details via email (usually within 2-4 business hours).
Step 3: Transfer
Initiate the wire transfer. We recommend uploading the SWIFT/MT103 receipt to our secure portal for faster processing.
Step 4: Dispatch
Once funds are cleared (typically 2-3 business days), we begin the specialized crating and export procedures.
